The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: The unscripted series returns for a new season (9 p.m. Bravo).

Witness:  The premiere of this four-part photojournalism series features images Eros Hoagland captured in Juarez, Mexico, where drug-related violence is prevalent (9 p.m. HBO).

Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations: Anthony wraps up his series with a visit to Brooklyn — where he lives — and samples the best of the borough old and new (9 p.m. Travel).

Revolution: Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) encounters a boy whose past reminds her of her own, and she tries to persuade Miles (Billy Burke) to help her reach out. Zak Orth and Giancarlo Esposito also star in this new episode (10 p.m. NBC).

Independent Lens: The new episode "Solar Mamas" visits India's Barefoot College, which provides impoverished rural women with an education that empowers them to make their communities self-reliant and sustainable (10 p.m. KOCE).

Start-Ups: Silicon Valley:  This new unscripted series explores the lives of a group of young professionals hoping to become Silicon Valley's next great success stories (10 p.m. Bravo).

Dangerous Grounds:  This new eight-episode series follows coffee magnate and globe-trotting adventurer Todd Carmichael — who made headlines in 2008 when he set the world record for the fastest solo, unsupported journey to the South Pole — as he traverses the globe on the hunt for rare strains of coffee beans. In the opener, he's in Haiti in search of a rare coffee plant (10 p.m. Travel).


Inside the Afghanistan War: This new special charts the trajectory of America's war in Afghanistan, from toppling the Taliban and driving out Al Qaeda fighters in the chaotic days after 9/11 to the present day (8 p.m. National Geographic).


Football: The Philadelphia Eagles visit the New Orleans Saints (5:30 p.m. ESPN).

Basketball: The Cleveland Cavaliers visit the Clippers (7:30 p.m. FS Prime).
