Chef Race: U.K. vs U.S.:  This new episode features the challenge of pizza trucks with wood-burning ovens on board (7 and 10 p.m. BBC America).

Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition: After winning the right to pick all the dance assignments a mom makes her choices based on the other dancers' weaknesses, which has the other moms feeling betrayed in this new episode (9 p.m. Lifetime).

Caught Red Handed: Shoplifters are the targets in this new series that follows a team of undercover store detectives (9:30 p.m. TRU).

Chopped: In the new episode "Unsung Heroes," chefs use their culinary talents to do good in their communities (10 p.m. Food).

Sons of Anarchy:  Jax gets closer to the truth but still faces obstacles in this new episode (10 p.m. FX).

Covert Affairs:  After an important CIA asset goes missing while in protective custody, Annie (Piper Perabo) joins forces with Eyal (Oded Fehr) to track her down before she's lost to them. Michelle Nolden, Tovah Feldshuh and Haaz Sleiman also star in this new episode (10 p.m. USA).


2012 Elections: The White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives are up for grabs nationally, and local contests, including propositions and ballot measures, will be decided (2 p.m. Fox Business; 3 p.m. CNN, FNC, MSNBC; 3:30 p.m. KCET; 4 p.m. KCBS, KNBC, KTTV, KCOP; 5 p.m. KOCE, CSPN; 7 p.m. KTLA).

The Daily Show With Jon Stewart: The fake news series offers its take on the elections and results (8 p.m. Comedy Central). "The Colbert Report" follows at 8:30 p.m. with more election night comedy.
