Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend have reached an amicable agreement, their attorneys said in a handwritten note passed to reporters outside court Thursday.
"The parties have reached an amicable agreement," read the note from Blair Berk (her attorney) and Shawn Chapman Holley (his). No details were provided.
The custody battle, which has seen Berry losing a bid to relocate daughter Nahla to France with her and fiance Olivier Martinez, had headed back to court Tuesday and continued Thursday before the deal was struck.
Aubry is still due in court Dec. 13 after being arrested on Thanksgiving Day following a brawl outside Berry's house with Martinez. Aubry was dropping off Nahla, the daughter he shares with Berry, when the fight broke out.
