Actress Selma Blair sold her house in Hollywood for $1.85 million.
The single-story home, built in 1922 and updated to a contemporary, features white wood floors, walls of glass, two fireplaces, three bedrooms and 31/2 bathrooms in 2,918 square feet. The gated property includes a patio area and a koi pond.
Blair, 40, stars with Charlie Sheen in the series "Anger Management." Her film work includes "Homeland" (2008), "Purple Violets" (2007) and "Legally Blonde" (2001).
The actress bought the house in 2004 for $1.315 million, public records show.
Paul Lester and Aileen Comora of the Agency in Beverly Hills were the listing agents.
