Ready to hit the slopes this winter? Resorts from Mt. Baldy to Mammoth Mountain will be on hand at the Ski Dazzle Expo in Los Angeles in mid-November. More than 300 exhibitors and vendors from resorts in the West will participate in the four-day expo at the L.A. Convention Center. An added bonus: All who enter receive a two-for-one lift ticket offer good at Big Bear Mountain and Snow Summit this season.

Ski Dazzle ticket comes with deal for Big Bear, Snow Summit

The deal: There are a lot of free things to do at Ski Dazzle: free ski lessons for kids, free rail slide lessons and a free rock-climbing wall. The event also features a sale and swap for discounted prices on gear and even a wine and craft beer tasting ($25 plus entry ticket).
Each $20 adult ticket to Ski Dazzle comes with a lift ticket offer and a choice of one of four ways to use it:
--Two-for-one ticketing from opening day through Dec. 21 or from March 11 to end of the season.
--Two-for-one ticketing on Mondays-Fridays from Jan. 7 through March 8.
--Two-for-one ticketing on any night session (weather permitting).
--Receive a $30 discount off any season pass of $100 or more if you buy it at Ski Dazzle.
When: The offer comes with Ski Dazzle tickets Nov. 15-18.
Details: The two-for-one ticketing doesn't apply to holidays; check the website for details and blackout dates.
