Carmela Ice Cream founders Jessica Mortarotti and Zachary Cox are teaching fall ice cream classes, instructing students on the basics of ice cream and sorbet bases. They will also discuss flavor inspiration, using seasonal farmers market produce and pairing ideas. Golden Road Brewing, the Atwater Village brewery and pub, announces that four locations in three terminals at Los International Airport will serve its Point the Way IPA on draft, starting Nov. 1: Home Turf in Terminal 1, Gladstone’s in Terminal 3 and at Home Turf and Redondo Brewing Bar in Terminal 6.
