Small-college quarterback sets NCAA passing record with 736 yards

The record-breaking throw Saturday came with 20 seconds left when Durley connected with receiver Jake Bane on a 13-yard touchdown pass to seal the victory. Durley also established school career records for passing yards with 6,095, attempts with 792 and touchdown passes with 48.

Houston's David Klingler holds the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision (formerly Division I) single-game record with 716 yards against Arizona State in 1990.
