America's Next Top Model:  The contestants get makeovers at the Cristophe Salon in Beverly Hills, then prepare for an artful photo shoot with celebrity photographer Tony Duran and model Rob Evans. And by "artful," we mean "nude," of course, and one of the girls objects, and has a tough choice to make in this new episode (8 p.m. KTLA).

Great Performances:  In the new episode "Paul McCartney's Live Kisses" the former Beatle performs standards such as "It's Only a Paper Moon" and "Bye Bye Blackbird." With Diana Krall (9 p.m. KOCE).

Strike Back: The search for the triggers brings Section 20 to Cape Town, where Knox's henchmen have kidnapped the wife and son of an expatriate nuclear expert (10 p.m. Cinemax).

Boss:  Kane (Kelsey Grammer) eliminates longtime members of his political machine in this new episode (10 p.m. Starz).

Cheer: The six-episode unscripted series goes inside the high-stakes, high-pressure world of competitive cheerleading with tough-as-nails coach Patty Ann Romero and her elite competitive cheerleading team work to compete in the world cheerleading championships (11 p.m. CMT).


 NASCAR Racing: Federated Auto Parts 400: practice (9 a.m. ESPN2); qualifying (2:30 p.m. ESPN2). Virginia 529 College Savings 250: qualifying (1 p.m. ESPN2); racing (4:30 p.m. ESPN).

Tennis: U.S. Open Tennis men's doubles final and women's semifinals (9:30 a.m. CBS).

College football: Utah at Utah State (5 p.m. ESPN2).

CFL football: The Calgary Stampeders visit the Edmonton Eskimos (6 p.m. NBCSP).

Baseball: The Detroit Tigers visit the Angels (7 p.m. FSN); the Dodgers visit the San Francisco Giants (7 p.m. FS Prime).
