For Lindsay Lohan, a nightclub outing approximate to New York's Dream Hotel has become yet another publicity nightmare.
While parking a Porsche SUV in the wee hours Wednesday morning, Lohan allegedly struck a pedestrian, causing him to fall. After an apparent conversation between the two, Lohan allegedly left her vehicle and entered a nearby nightclub.
Exiting the club around 2:30 a.m., she was arrested by NYPD on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident.
The man in question, identified by TMZ as a chef named Jose Rodriguez, claims he was treated for torn tendons in his knee at Bellevue Hospital. He also maintained that Lohan "reeked of booze" during the incident.
The entire scenario sounds consistent with Lohan's trouble-prone past, but Lohan has two important advantages: surveillance video and the support of the police.
