Home & Family: This new lifestyle series takes place in a New England Colonial-style home on the backlot at Universal Studios where hosts Mark Steines and Paige Davis focus on everything in the domestic universe (10 a.m. Hallmark).

The Real Housewives of New York City:  Ramona throws a charity event in the season finale (9 p.m. Bravo).

Warehouse 13: The science fiction series ends its season (9 p.m. Syfy).

Mike & Molly: A back injury leaves Vince (Louis Mustillo) unable to move, forcing Mike and Molly (Billy Gardell, Melissa McCarthy) to tend to his needs (9:30 p.m. CBS).

Revolution: Nora (Daniella Alonso) leads Charlie and Miles (Tracy Spiridakos, Billy Burke) back to the Rebel camp while Aaron and Maggie (Zak Orth, Anna Lise Phillips) try to track down Grace (Maria Howell). Graham Rogers and Giancarlo Esposito also star in this new episode (10 p.m. NBC).

Don't Sleep! Hosted by T.J. Holmes: Award-winning journalist T.J. Holmes hosts this new late-night variety series that brings a satirical style and African-American sensibility to pop culture, politics and current events (11 p.m. BET).

SPECIALS

iHeartRadio Music Festival: This special features performances from a variety of stars, including Usher, Bon Jovi, Swedish House Mafia, Taylor Swift, Pink, Rihanna, No Doubt, Lil' Wayne, Miranda Lambert, Brad Paisley and more (8 p.m. KTLA).

Half the Sky: Turning Oppression Into Opportunity for Women Worldwide: This two-night, four-hour special is based on the book by Nicholas D. Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn, follows Kristof and celebrity advocates America Ferrera, Diane Lane, Eva Mendes, Meg Ryan, Gabrielle Union and Olivia Wilde on a journey to 10 countries, where they meet inspiring individuals and discover how they are confronting the oppression of women and girls. Concludes Tuesday (9 p.m. KOCE).

SPORTS

Football: The Bears visit the Cowboys (5:30 p.m. ESPN).

Baseball: The Angels visit the Seattle Mariners (7 p.m. FSN); the San Francisco Giants visit the Dodgers (7 p.m. FS Prime).
