NBC's ratings news has been grim lately, but one bright spot has been "Grimm." Now in its second season, the supernatural drama, which has performed well on Friday nights, is getting a schedule upgrade. It's moving to Tuesdays.
The series, which stars David Giuntoli as a Portland homicide detective who learns he's part of an ancient line of people who battle mythical creatures, will begin airing on Tuesdays on April 30 after a two-hour episode of "The Voice."
That may not mean a whole lot for this season, which has only four more episodes left after this week but could mean a huge boost in viewership for the crucial May sweeps period.
The move could be seen as a vote of confidence in the show, which is likely headed for a third-season renewal.
