"The World's End": In the Calendar section elsewhere in this edition, an article about the movie "The World's End" says that the series "Spaced" aired on the BBC. It actually aired on Britain's Channel 4. The error was discovered after the section was printed.

L.A. Walks: A map accompanying the L.A. Walks column in the Aug. 17 Saturday section about Old Town Pasadena misidentified the Pasadena Museum of California Art as the Pasadena Museum of Contemporary Art.

405 Freeway closure: In the Aug. 11 California section, an article about this weekend's 405 Freeway closure in Orange County said that it would not be a full freeway closure for northbound traffic. In fact, although northbound motorists will have a simpler detour than southbound motorists, all lanes of the northbound 405 freeway will be closed at Valley View Street.

Ft. Hood shootings: An article in the Aug. 11 Section A about the court-martial of accused Ft. Hood gunman Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan said that the jury includes three colonels and nine lieutenant colonels. The panel actually consists of nine colonels and three lieutenant colonels. The article also said that the jury includes a military lawyer, or staff judge advocate. There is no staff judge advocate on the jury.

Google Glass: An article in the Aug. 11 Business section about Google Glass said that Google co-founder Sergey Brin stole the show last year at the company's annual developers conference by sky-diving onto the roof while wearing the goggles. He wore the device at the conference but did not sky-dive onto the roof.
