Update: The Sparks have clinched a playoff berth and have won seven of their last eight games, most recently a 90-88 double-overtime win over Tulsa on Sunday. With seven games left in the regular season, the Sparks are in second place in the Western Conference, one game behind Minnesota. The Sun has lost four games in a row and is in last place in the Eastern Conference. The Sun is led by Tina Charles, who is averaging 18 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. When the teams played Aug. 6, the Sparks won, 74-72.
