NCIS: Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and his colleagues go after the world's most wanted cyberterrorist in this new episode. Michael Weatherly, Sean Murray, Cote de Pablo, David McCallum and Pauley Perrette also star (8 p.m. CBS).

Hart of Dixie: George (Scott Porter) panics when Tansy's (Mircea Monroe) dog goes missing while in his care in this new episode (8 p.m. KTLA).

Raising Hope:  Jimmy (Lucas Neff) starts working on the TV show with Hope (Baylie and Rylie Cregut) in this new episode (8 p.m. Fox).

Pretty Little Liars: Alison's remains are back with her family for burial, so the girls have another opportunity to say goodbye to her. Aria, Hanna and Emily (Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, Shay Mitchell) are willing to go, but Spencer (Troian Bellisario) plans to stay away (8 p.m. ABC Family).

Smash:  The show about a Broadway show returns for a new season (9 p.m. NBC).

Emily Owens, M.D.: Emily's (Mamie Gummer) new relationship with Micah (Michael Rady) awakens feelings of jealousy in Will (Justin Hartley) in this new episode (9 p.m. KTLA).

Justified:  The search for Drew Thompson leads Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) into the remote wilds of Kentucky hill country in this new episode (10 p.m. FX).

Betty White's 2nd Annual 90th Birthday Special:  A celebration of the actress and comic's birthday and career includes musical performances and appearances by some of Hollywood's biggest stars (8 p.m. NBC).
