 NCIS: While on a leave of absence to mourn the loss of his wife, Director Leon (Rocky Carroll) stumbles upon some personal information that has him questioning everything. Mark Harmon, Michael Weatherly, Pauley Perrette and David McCallum also star in this new episode (8 p.m. CBS).

Raising Hope: In this new episode, Sabrina (Shannon Woodward) objects to the way the Chance family celebrates Arbor Day, which gets her a visit from the Ghost of Arbor Day Past, Present and Future — played by Luke Perry (8 p.m. Fox).

Cult: A television show about a cult may be spawning a real one — with murderous intentions — in this new drama series starring Robert Knepper ("Prison Break") (9 p.m. KTLA).

The Bachelor:  In this special episode, Sean talks about the women he has sent home and a controversial bachelorette (9 p.m. ABC).

Body of Proof: The drama starring Dana Delany as medical examiner Megan Hunt returns for a third season. Mark Valley, Elyes Gabel and Mary Mouser also star (10 p.m. ABC).

Frontline:  The new episode "Raising Adam Lanza" documents the life of the Newtown, Conn., shooter (10 p.m. KOCE).

Justified:  Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) finds himself caught between a foxy grifter and an old nemesis out for revenge in this new episode (10 p.m. FX).

Ultimate Soldier Challenge: In the premiere of this new competition series, two front-line warriors from the Army's 82nd Airborne unit go head to head against commandos from the Israeli Defense Force (10 p.m. History).


After Newtown: Guns in America:  This new special examines guns in America and their link to violence (9 p.m. KOCE).


College basketball: Indiana at Michigan State (4 p.m. ESPN); Florida State at North Carolina State (4 p.m. ESPN2); Florida at Missouri (6 p.m. ESPN); Wyoming at San Diego State (7 p.m. TWSN).

Hockey: The Kings visit the Edmonton Oilers (7 p.m. FSN).
