Anne and Bill Disselhorst's Fiore Market Cafe in South Pasadena has two bread-making classes scheduled for January. Angelenos looking to master bread making will learn how to make rustic loaves, focaccia breads and baguettes similar to those served at the cafe.

The first class will take place on Jan. 15, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., with a repeat on Jan. 22. The class costs $30 per person. Sign up at the restaurant or by emailing fioremarketcafe@gmail.com.
