If you just bought a new iPad, you won't be happy to learn that Apple may be coming out with new models as early as March.
Topeka Capital analyst Brian White said he expects the Cupertino-based company to have new versions of the iPad and the iPad mini two months from now.
"Our checks at CES indicate Apple will release the iPad 5 and the second-generation iPad mini this March," White said, as reported by Business Insider.

So what can we expect in the new iPads? White reportedly said the fifth-generation iPad will be lighter and thinner than the last version. As for the iPad mini, he said only that he expects it to look similar to the first version of the 7.9-inch tablet.
That might mean that the second iPad mini could be outfitted with a stronger processor on the inside, 9 to 5 Mac speculated. Others have speculated that the next iPad mini could get Apple's high-resolution Retina display technology.
If Apple does come out with a new iPad and iPad mini in March, that would be an extremely quick turnaround for the company.
Typically, Apple launches new versions of its devices each year, but the most recent iPad models launched in November -- they'd be just 4 months old come March.
