March 07, 2013|By Nardine Saad

Kelly Osbourne had a seizure and collapsed on the set while filming her E! talk show "Fashion Police" on Thursday, was taken to the hospital and is on the mend.

"Kelly Osbourne fainted on the set of E!'s 'Fashion Police' today," her rep told E! "She was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition. She will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure."

Entertainment Tonight said that the 28-year-old was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital after she experienced the seizure, which reportedly lasted 30 seconds.

The lavender-haired fashionista told co-host Melissa Rivers, who was filling in for Giuliana Rancic, that she wasn't feeling well as they started taping the show in front of a live studio audience.

"I don't feel good," she told Rivers before falling out of her chair, TMZ reported.

When the episode was over, she awoke on the floor, ET said. Paramedics then took Osbourne to the hospital while shielding her body and face with white sheets.

Mother Sharon Osbourne was seen at the hospital soon after the incident.

"She's fine, we just saw her," Osbourne's "Fashion Police" co-host Joan Rivers told TMZ.

Osbourne's family has had quite a few medical issues lately. Her brother Jack Osbourne was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last year; Sharon battled colon cancer a decade ago and recently had a double mastectomy after learning she was predisposed to breast cancer.
