"Switched at Birth" The Carlton students await the results of their protest in this new episode. 8 p.m. ABC Family

"Finding Bigfoot: Further Evidence" In this new episode the team goes to Australia to search for a mythical creature. 8 p.m. Animal Planet

"Hindenburg: The Last Flight" This new miniseries, that concludes Tuesday, offers a fictionalized account of the zeppelin's final voyage. 8 p.m. Encore

"Continuum" In this new episode Kiera and Carlos (Rachel Nichols, Victor Webster) pursue a tip that a large sale of ammonium nitrate has been purchased, which could have explosive results. 8 p.m. Syfy

"The Following" Ryan and Parker (Kevin Bacon, Annie Parisse) are furious when the FBI makes Nick Donovan (Mike Colter) lead investigator as the search continues in a new episode of this violent thriller. 9 p.m. Fox

"Dallas" The family learns the cause of J.R.'s death in a new episode of the recycled drama. 9 p.m. TNT

"Hotel Impossible" The Alpenhof Lodge in Mammoth Lakes is struggling to stay afloat in this new episode. 10 p.m. Travel

"Monday Mornings" Villanueva (Ving Rhames) discovers that his son is the victim of a stabbing in this new episode. 10 p.m. TNT
