"Keeping a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me and now it's even more important because I am looking out for someone else's well-being other than just my own," the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star wrote. "I've been researching recipes and healthy eating tricks to make sure that I get the right nutrition now that I'm eating for two."
Maybe she's hoping to stay petite during her pregnancy, like older sister Kourtney Kardashian.
The 33-year-old has been frequently spotted working out while pregnant, which isn't a no-no, but she's been told to take it easy while she's with child and said she's been resting.
