Update: Chivas will play its first MLS road game of the season after playing its parent club, Chivas de Guadalajara, to a 3-3 draw in an exhibition Wednesday in Mexico. Defender Joaquin Velazquez, who received a red card Sunday against the Galaxy, had his suspension rescinded and can play for Chivas. Chicago entered the weekend in last place in the Eastern Conference and had yet to score a goal. Fire captain Logan Pause is questionable because of a thigh injury.
