Austin Croshere, a standout forward at Providence College and analyst for Fox Sports Indiana, has been named a studio analyst for Fox Sports’ college basketball coverage on Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports 2.

A first-team All-Big East selection as a senior, Croshere led the Friars in scoring his junior and senior seasons, finishing his college career with over 1,500 points. He set school and conference records with 57 straight made free throws and led Providence to an Elite Eight appearance as a senior, scoring a career-high 39 points against Marquette in the tournament’s opening round.

Croshere was drafted by the Pacers in the first round of the 1997 NBA Draft and played nine seasons with the team, also spending time with the Dallas Mavericks, Golden State Warriors, Milwaukee Bucks and San Antonio Spurs.

Croshere helped the Pacers to the 2000 NBA Finals, where he averaged 15.2 points and 6.2 rebounds per game against the Lakers.

Following his playing career, Croshere joined Fox Sports Indiana as a pre- and postgame analyst for Indianapolis Pacers games and also contributed color commentary on select game broadcasts.
