Football: Some intriguing Thursday night games

September 12, 2013|By Eric Sondheimer

Prep football fans who have a free Thursday night have an opportunity to pick from some intriguing games.

Unbeaten Tesoro (2-0) is hosting Chino Hills (1-1), which gave Bishop Amat all it could handle last week.

Valencia (1-0) will get to learn just how well it might match up later in the season against Foothill League rival Hart (2-0) by hosting Chaminade (1-1), which lost to Hart in overtime last week.

Birmingham (2-0), after routing two weak opponents, will face a Fairfax (0-2) team on the road that has played well in close losses to Roosevelt and Dorsey.

Here's the link to the complete schedule for Thursday night and this weekend.
