The UCLA Hammer Museum in Los Angeles is officially set to go free starting on Sunday.
Visitors will be able to enter the museum free of charge, though parking in the Hammer's garage will still cost $3 for three hours with museum validation.
In the past, the Hammer has charged $10 for one regular adult admission.
Hammer officials announced it would be going free last fall, stating that the museum is "committed to eliminating admission fees permanently." It said free admission for the first four years is being made possible by two gifts received during the summer from longtime museum benefactors Erika J. Glazer and Brenda R. Potter.
