A League Of Their Own Movie

I keep reading about a Hollywood movie being made about women who play baseball. It's called, "A League of Their Own." Penny Marshall is the director, I do know that. Last I heard, Debra Winger dropped out of the cast, and Madonna had a small part, which might be the first small part Madonna has ever had. I know very little else about it, including whether or not the person on first base is called the first baseperson, or whether any men in the movie attempt to get to first base with her.
