A cargo helicopter returning from a lifting job flipped out of control and slammed into a soggy suburban hillside Monday, killing all three people aboard. The victims were employees of San Jose-based Air One Helicopters, which owned the twin-engine Sikorsky S-58T helicopter. The victims' names were being withheld pending notification of their families.
