The discount travel service SunJet International, based in Smyrna, Ga., canceled all its flights without explanation, leaving ticket-holders without rides to a half-dozen cities. A recorded message on SunJet's toll-free telephone line said it also is no longer taking reservations and promised would-be passengers a refund within seven days. The company's Web site still advertised charter flights connecting Detroit and Newark, N.J.
