Texas Gov. George W. Bush picked up more than two dozen delegates to the Republican national convention after sweeping presidential primary contests this weekend in four U.S. territories, where residents won't be able to vote for him come November if he wins the nomination. The delegates were chosen Saturday at caucuses in Guam, American Samoa and the Virgin Islands, with four delegates each at stake. Puerto Rico held its primary Sunday, with all 14 of its delegates going to the winner.
