Aspac Communications Inc

USA International Chemical Inc., Encino, has merged with ASPAC Communications Inc. USA International's board of directors and management have resigned and will be replaced by the board and management of ASPAC, whose shareholders now own 94% of USA International's stock. The new company will be known as ASPAC Communications Inc. ASPAC Communications Inc. is a new company in joint venture with YeeYoo.
