Armand Marciano, a Guess co-founder and executive, has put his Beverly Hills Post Office area estate for sale at $63 million. Set on close to 20 acres, the Mediterranean-style mansion has 30,000 square feet of space in three stories including an elevator, eight fireplaces, seven bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. The staff quarters have three more bedrooms. The garage can park 17 cars. The grounds feature a mosaic-tiled swimming pool, a pool house, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, a tennis court and pavilion, orchards and fountains.

Former professional basketball player Cuttino Mobley has listed his house in the Beverly Hills Post Office area at $3.1 million, the Multiple Listing Service shows. The Mediterranean-style home, built in 2005, is designed for entertaining, with French doors opening to a swimming pool, spa and lawn. Including the mountain-view master suite, the house has five bedrooms and 51/2 bathrooms in 6,208 square feet. Cuttino, 35, started his NBA career in 1998 with the Houston Rockets but, following a three-year stint with the Los Angeles Clippers, stopped playing in 2008 because of a heart illness.

Director-producer Gil Junger has sold a gated compound in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for $4.31 million. The two-story contemporary Mediterranean house, built in 2000, sits on nearly three-quarters of an acre with a soccer field-sized lawn, a stream, gardens and a koi pond. It has five bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms, three fireplaces and high ceilings and French doors throughout. There is a four-room master bedroom suite, an outdoor dining pergola, a separate guesthouse and a swimming pool.

The two-story Mediterranean, with panoramic canyon and city views and a swimming pool with a spa, sits on 4.85 gated acres — a fair amount of breathing room for a "city" home. The two-story entry features limestone floors. There is a step-down living room. The 10,500-square-foot house's six bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms include a master bedroom suite with dual bathrooms and a connecting gym. Hill, 42, has sold more than 40 million records.

Actress Kaley Cuoco , who plays the neighbor of two socially inept physicists on "The Big Bang Theory," has listed her Sherman Oaks home at $949,000. The gated Spanish-style house was built in 1937 but has been updated. Features include distressed hardwood floors, French doors that open to a covered patio and interior arches between living spaces. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,171 square feet. Cuoco, 25, has starred on "The Big Bang Theory" since 2007.

Even for Los Angeles, it's an impressive cast. Roger Moore owned the Beverly Hills Post Office Spanish hacienda in the '80s and '90s, then Candice Bergen bought it, and now the new owner is Cameron Diaz. The property was quietly shopped around to agents as a pocket listing for $10.25 million, but the sales price has not yet been reported on the L.A. County Tax Assessor's website. Occupying about 3 acres in a gated community, the compound has a 5,000-square-foot main house with three bedrooms and four bathrooms and a 2,000-square-foot guesthouse with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, according to the marketing pitch.

Actress and model Mischa Barton has her Beverly Hills Post Office area compound listed for sale at $8,695,000 or for lease at $30,000 a month. The main house and three guesthouses have a total of eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and six fireplaces in nearly 9,800 square feet of living space. The 1.2 acres include a swimming pool and spa. Barton, 25, starred in "The Beautiful Life" (2009) and "The O.C. " (2003-06). She purchased the house in 2005 for $6.4 million, according to public records.

The Hollywood Hills residence and studio of the late iconic photographer Julius Shulman has sold for $2.25 million. The Midcentury Modern steel-frame house, built in 1950 and designed by Raphael S. Soriano, is a Los Angeles historic landmark. The 3,382-square-foot house sits on a wooded, flag-shaped lot of nearly an acre. It has original fixtures, cork-paneled entryway and hall, wood-paneled walls and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the living room. Pedestal beds, china cabinets and a bench in the kitchen are among the built-ins.
