The City Council has hired Gonzalez/Goodale Architects of Pasadena to design a $20-million civic center that will include a library, city hall and performing arts center, officials said. Gonzalez/Goodale Architects has designed city hall projects for Westlake Village and Culver City, as well as a West Hollywood fire station. The design of the nearly 52,000-square-foot project is expected to be completed this year, officials said.
