Emmy-winning Megan Mullally, who plays Grace's ditsy socialite assistant Karen Walker on the NBC sitcom "Will & Grace," has become a first-time home buyer with her purchase of a two-bedroom home in the Sunset Strip area. Sources indicated that the home sold for its full $969,000 asking price. Mullally, 41, was a first-time nominee when she won her Emmy earlier this month as a supporting actress on "Will & Grace," named the best comedy in the 52nd annual nighttime awards.

Nightclub impresario David Cooley , who started the Abbey Food and Bar in West Hollywood in the early '90s, has listed his Beverly Hills home at $9,195,000.
