The Dodgers pitcher was the focal point of much of the conversation going into Monday night's series opener against the Arizona Diamondbacks in Phoenix. Arison became chief executive in 1979, before the company went public, and guided it through its arrival on Wall Street and several major acquisitions, including Princess Cruises, Holland America and Costa Cruises.
