Balloons wafted skyward and helicopters hovered overhead in Riyadh as a caravan of camels, cars and a horse-drawn cart kicked off a Middle East campaign against drugs. Saudis in the parking lot of the Malaz Sports Stadium cheered as the caravan began its five-day tour of the capital. It will go on to 11 other Saudi cities and then tour other Arab countries in the region.
