The company, which said it is profitable, has more than 200 employees.

KeyPrestige Inc. in Cypress, which makes Windows-based software to facilitate warranty repair work and claims, was acquired by an Atlanta company for an undisclosed price. The UniLink Group acquired the company to expand its business-to-business e-commerce information exchange system to contractors across its eight markets, including electrical, appliance, plumbing, electronic components and consumer electronics.

Striving to position its Anaheim operations as a "destination resort," Walt Disney Co. said Thursday it has hired a new senior vice president of marketing at Disneyland. James J. Buettgen will leave video retailer Hollywood Entertainment to join Walt Disney Co. on Nov. 1, with full responsibility for marketing as Disney prepares to open its second Anaheim theme park, California Adventure, beside Disneyland in 2001.

James R. Eckstaedt has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer of Sage Software Inc. in Irvine. Before joining the company in 1997, Eckstaedt was senior vice president and chief financial officer at the Cerplex Group Inc. He also spent 10 years with Western Digital Corp. in a variety of management positions, including vice president of finance and corporate treasurer. In addition, John W. Carroll has joined Sage as director of e-business.

Guy joined the company last year as vice president of business development.

Kao succeeds the interim head of Specialty Services, Jeff Folick, who retired. Kao had been chief financial officer of PacifiCare's Secure Horizons USA unit. * Marwan Zreik has been named vice president, research and development and quality control, at Naturade Inc. in Irvine.
