Former Lockheed Executive Labeled Fugitive: A federal magistrate issued an arrest warrant for Suleiman Nassar after he failed to appear for arraignment on corruption and fraud charges tied to a $79-million aircraft sale to Egypt. Perceptronics Inc. made its first deliveries of a $2.7-million, gunnery-training simulation system contract to the Egyptian government. The Woodland Hills company has been a longtime supplier of simulator training systems to the U.S. Department of Defense. Perceptronics expects to complete remaining deliveries of its Egyptian contract over the next four months.
