DeGeneres' new 8,500-square-foot house, built in 1958, features walls of glass, soaring ceilings, multiple fireplaces, a library, a black-and-stainless-steel kitchen, a sunken living room, four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Golfer Denis Watson and his wife, attorney Susan Loggans, have been trying to take their Pacific Palisades compound off his tour for half a dozen years now, but have yet to find that pricing sweet spot. They have put the house back on the market at $13.9 million, down more than 40% from their highest asking price of $23.5 million two years ago. Built in 1985, the Spanish Mediterranean-style home is on more than an acre and has valley views and a pool with a spa. The home he is selling has four bedrooms in about 2,200 square feet.

The ranch has a Mediterranean-style house with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in 7,000 square feet, a seven-stall barn, two arenas, pastureland and a separate caretaker apartment. The remodeled home's family room opens to a wrap-around veranda overlooking the swimming pool area. An outdoor living area has a hacienda-style fireplace and barbecue. There are mature oak trees and a creek.

The traditional-style home was built in 1942 for actor Ronald Reagan and his first wife, actress Jane Wyman, according to Ronald Reagan Presidential Library archives. The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom main house, a swimming pool, a Balinese-style pool house and a tennis court sit on the three-quarter-acre view lot. Fonda, 74, won an Oscar in 1972 for her work in "Klute" and another in 1979 for "Coming Home.
