Formation Internationale Voyages Etude (FIVE), a nonprofit French group that places exchange students, is seeking host families for July and August in coastal cities from Laguna Beach to Huntington Beach. Mark Reinhold, trip coordinator for the French visitors, said they are coming to Orange County to learn to surf. The students, between the ages of 15 and 18, must obey the host family's house rules, including curfews, smoking habits and mealtime schedules, Reinhold said.
