A Coral Springs woman, whose daughter became the poster child for the Clinton administration's attempt to reshape health care, is accused of intentionally making the 8-year-old girl ill and duping doctors into ordering 200 hospitalizations and 40 operations. Kathy Bush was arrested on charges of aggravated child abuse and released on $3,500 bond.
