FutureLink Distribution Corp., an Irvine company that creates Internet-based programs for small businesses, said Wednesday that it agreed to acquire two computing integrators for $33 million in stock and cash. The acquisitions of Async Technologies of Detroit and CN Networks Inc. of Pleasanton will add seven offices and 47 employees to FutureLink's operations, the company said. The transactions are scheduled to close Oct. 31.

The combined company, to be named FutureLink Corp., will be based in Irvine.
