Auto Racing Project: Two county companies and two other California firms have formed a new company to work on an international auto racing project in which about 30 teams will drive from Moscow to Washington next summer. The company, Global Racing Events Inc., is made up of Fullerton trading companies Internet and its affiliate American Ecosystems Inc.; SBS Inc., a San Francisco-based rock concert promoter; and AT-Trade Inc., a Beverly Hills trading firm.
