Miltner has held executive posts with two leading distributors, Ingram Micro Inc. in Santa Ana and Merisel Inc. Both companies are council members. Miltner later helped found Impact, an Irvine consulting firm that specializes in sales, training and executive mentoring services. She replaces David R.
