Last night's episode of “Saturday Night Live” was stocked with star power, including host Jimmy Fallon, musical guest Justin Timberlake and loads of surprise appearances from the likes of Paul McCartney, Madonna, and Michael Bloomberg. Yet they were were all overshadowed by a silly video by the “SNL” ladies about making love in a twin bed. There were 456 episodes of "Law & Order," 298 episodes (so far) of "Law & Order: SVU," 195 episodes of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," and a total of 35 episodes of the franchises' unsuccessful spinoffs. With a new case in every episode, it's become a resume staple for nearly every working actor in New York. And that includes celebrities. Over the franchise's 22 years on the air, a number of big-name stars have appeared for one-off spots on the show. And we're not just talking the usual stunt casting, like Khloe Kardashian or Serena Williams.

Abdul-Jabbar won five of his six championships with the Lakers during the Showtime era. He finished as the NBA's all-time leading scorer (38,387 points). And he capped his 20-year career with a distinguishable skill-set with his famed sky hook. Abdul-Jabbar also has done that with acting. He grew up taking acting lessons at St. Jude Catholic School in Manhattan.

"We have heard this music before," she said. "What is it?" Their ignorance of what is perhaps the world's best-known Christmas carol may be partly due to the fact that the couple is Jewish.

After sitting through 3 1/2 hours of the Emmy Awards telecast (Fox), I've come to the conclusion that the Emmys aren't fair. Guest stars should not be nominated in categories designed for regular cast performers (i.e. Christopher Lloyd for "Avonlea" and Kelsey Grammar for "Wings). David Giuntoli plays Det. Nick Burkhardt on NBC's "Grimm," which is one of the struggling network's bright spots. The supernatural procedural tells the tale of a Portland police detective who discovers that he's a descendant of the Grimms, who not only chronicled strange beasts in their fairy tales but also hunted them to keep the human world safe. He can see these creatures, called Wesen, even when they hide in human form, and many of them are out to get him. Show Tracker was able to talk to the busy actor before the second half of the season begins March 8. Your earliest fairy tale memories are ...
