Jay-Z has lost R. Kelly as a concert partner but the star rapper will be going on with the show -- and he won't be going alone. The tour that had been called the Best of Both Worlds fell apart last weekend in an ugly feud between headliners Jay-Z and Kelly, but promoters said Wednesday that the road-run will continue with Jay-Z and a rotating cast of guest stars. That means the Nov. 23 show at Arrowhead Pond and the Nov.
