Two Cal State Fullerton programs designed to help junior high and high school students in Orange County have received grants totaling $456,339 from the U.S. Department of Education. Educational Talent Search and Upward Bound work with community organizations, school districts and community colleges to help underrepresented students improve academic skills, complete high school and pursue college degrees, university officials said.
