John Schneider, whose career has spanned "The Dukes of Hazzard" in the '80s, "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman" in the '90s and the still-running "Smallville," has listed his Agoura Hills home for sale at $2,199,000. The actor raised his three children on the 3-acre spread, which has a creek that leads to the area where "Dukes" (1979-85) and "Dr. Quinn" (1993-98) were shot. Schneider described the English-style ivy-covered house of nearly 7,000 square feet as having "an East Coast kind of flair.

Actor Ashton Kutcher has listed his Sunset Strip-area "bachelor pad that never was" for $2.6 million. Kutcher bought the house in 2004 for $1 million and rebuilt it with his father but never moved in. Instead, he married actress Demi Moore in 2005. The updated Craftsman features a home theater and a two-story wine tower that holds 210 bottles. The 3,235-square-foot house has four bedrooms and 41/2 bathrooms. It sits on nearly an acre with a three-tiered water element starting at the spa and spilling into an infinity-edge pool.

Actress Jennifer Aniston has listed her Beverly Hills estate for sale at $42 million. Designed by Hal Levitt, the 1970 house sits on about an acre in the Trousdale Estates area. The indoor-outdoor home of glass, wood and stone was designed for entertaining and for use by an extended family. The redesigned and expanded interior living space, restored by Aniston and designer Stephen Shadley over more than two years, encompasses nearly 10,000 square feet. The formal living room is paneled in rosewood, a secondary living room has a wet bar, and the five bedrooms and 71/2 bathrooms are complemented by two kitchens, a gym and a three-car garage.

Update: The Beverly Hills home where former owner Groucho Marx left his marks ? initials carved into concrete on the driveway and near the pool ? has sold for $5.8 million, the Multiple Listing Service shows. The 1927 Spanish-style estate had been maintained by the same family for the last half-century. The two-story residence has about 6,000 square feet of living space on more than an acre of grounds with a swimming pool and mature trees, including some fruit trees that Marx planted.

Actress and model Mischa Barton has her Beverly Hills Post Office area compound listed for sale at $8,695,000 or for lease at $30,000 a month. The main house and three guesthouses have a total of eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and six fireplaces in nearly 9,800 square feet of living space. The 1.2 acres include a swimming pool and spa. Barton, 25, starred in "The Beautiful Life" (2009) and "The O.C. " (2003-06). She purchased the house in 2005 for $6.4 million, according to public records.

Former NFL linebacker Ken Norton Jr. and his wife, Angela, have sold their Marina del Rey home for $1,999,000. The four-level contemporary home was built in 2000 and features an elevator, a media room and a top-floor gym. Five bedrooms and six bathrooms are contained in 5,800 square feet of living space. Norton, 44, played for the Dallas Cowboys (1988-1993) and the San Francisco 49ers (1994-2000). His father is a former heavyweight champion. The couple sold because Norton is now the linebacker coach for the Seattle Seahawks.

Actor Orlando Bloom has listed his compound in the Hollywood Hills for annual lease at $18,000 a month. Bloom's house was the target of a July 2009 break-in by the so-called "bling ring" burglars, who focused on celebrities including Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. The listing on Realtor.com shows a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house with more than 3,200 square feet of living space, all set behind gates on a heavily landscaped lot of three-quarters of an acre. Walls of glass flank the double walnut door entry of the house, built in 1940.
