A $728,000 London flat is on the market with a macabre selling point: It comes complete with the dead owner's ashes in a stone urn on the mantle. The unnamed pensioner loved his two-bedroom flat so much that he inserted a clause in his will that made it his final resting place, Britain's top-selling Sun tabloid reported today. "I have to tell people before they go to view the flat. Luckily most just laugh," estate agent James Bailey was quoted as saying.
