A telephone tip from a woman who identified herself as the alleged assailant's sister led Oakland police to arrest the man they believe killed Black Panther co-founder Huey Newton, the San Francisco Examiner reported. Police records state that Tyrone Robinson, who has been charged with Newton's murder, was arrested after his sister provided officers with leads, the newspaper said. Robinson, a paroled bank robber, is being held without bail in Oakland, officials said.
