India's ambassador to Romania was slightly wounded in an attack by four men in Bucharest, the state news agency Rompres said. Ambassador Julio Francis Ribeiro was struck in the leg by a bullet but was reported in good condition at a hospital, the Indian Embassy said. One of the assailants was shot to death by police, another was wounded, a third arrested and the fourth escaped, Rompres reported. There were no claims of responsibility for the attack.
