* John C. Batterton has been appointed president, chief executive and a director of CalComp Technology Inc., an Anaheim supplier of computer graphic peripheral products. He succeeds Gary R. Long, who retired in February. John J. Millerick, CalComp senior vice president and chief financial officer, had been serving as acting president and chief executive since Long's retirement.
